Susan Walters donated funds in memory of her dear friend, Ralph L. Ungermann.  Mr. Ungermann was principal of the cerebral palsy school for the Santa Paula, California school system.  He later worked tirelessly for the special education department in the Conejo Valley School District until his retirement.  He passed away in 2006 and Susan had been looking for a way to honor him.   She believed that helping the disabled children at Flamboyant would be the perfect tribute to Mr. Ungermann.

 One-hundred percent of the funding went to help children with cerebral palsy.  The funds were used to purchase wheelchairs, crutches, walking frames and rollators.
